At ZNGY, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

Customized or Personalized Products

Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for the customer.

Cancellation by ZNGY

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices intact. Any signs of use, damage, tampering, removal of tags, or alteration to the product or its packaging may result in the return or refund request being rejected, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
