Returns Policy
ZNGY offers a 7-day Return Policy, allowing customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Have all original tags, labels, accessories, and promotional items intact.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Please note: Any tampering with the product, original packaging, labels, tags, or accessories may make the product ineligible for return or refund.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless the product is defective or damaged).
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Special promotional offers may have separate return conditions that will override this policy where applicable.
Return Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection after they reach our warehouse.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned product successfully passes our quality assessment.
If the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it may be returned to the customer without a refund.
Partial Returns
Yes. You may return one or more items from a single order.
Each returned item should be registered separately through your ZNGY account. However, multiple approved return items may be packed together in one shipment, provided all corresponding return details are included.
How to Initiate a Return?
Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your ZNGY account.
- Go to My Orders.
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Pack the product securely with its original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
- Our courier partner will arrange pickup where service is available, or you may be asked to ship the item to our return address.
Return Request Rejection
Your return request may be declined if:
- The return request is raised after the return window has expired.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Original tags, packaging, accessories, or invoice are missing.
- The returned product fails our quality inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our Customer Support team.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally initiated within 48 hours after cancellation approval.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after delivery, provided the item qualifies under our Return Policy.
Unaccepted Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or the shipment is returned to ZNGY due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, a ₹100 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after receiving the customer’s bank account details.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, although banks or payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount.
- In exceptional cases, refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Shipping charges, convenience fees, gift wrapping charges, or Cash on Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- A defective product,
- An incorrect item, or
- An order with missing items,
please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened for the first time.
Videos that begin after the package has already been opened will not be accepted as proof.
This requirement applies to all claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
