Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
International shipping is currently unavailable but will be introduced in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 1–2 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote & Rural Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on eligible orders as displayed on our website.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing:
- Order Number
- Courier Partner Details
- Tracking Number
- Tracking Link
You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to answer courier calls
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
If an order is returned due to any of the above reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and other contact details are correct before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Delayed Deliveries
Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Courier operational delays
- High order volumes during sales
ZNGY shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears to be damaged, tampered with, or opened before delivery:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Immediately contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order Number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing from your order:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your Order Number, photographs of the package, and an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package was first opened.
Claims submitted without an original unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
